Shipping

DECLARED currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Orders are generally prepared in 3–5 business days before shipment. Standard USPS transit is generally another 2–4 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Standard shipping is $5.95. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $60.00 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Creatine Monohydrate is not currently available for shipment to New York. Magnesium Glycinate remains available to eligible New York addresses.

Returns, refunds & replacements

Because dietary supplements are ingestible products produced for each order, all sales are final except for products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or are confirmed lost in transit.

Report a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, a description, and clear photographs of the product, shipping package, label, lot number, and best-by information when available.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
